Emanuel was courteous, respectful, patient and knowledgeable as he explained the issues, he found with my garage door opener. He worked quickly and efficiently repairing and replacing all the broken parts. You’re very fortunate to have this young man working for you. He made every effort to see that I was Going to be a satisfied customer, even though it was more expensive than I had anticipated it would be for the repair. Thank you Broten for sending Gary to our home. This type of customer service does not exist in this day and age anymore. I've been using Broten for years and have always been very satisfied with the work done on my garage doors. The latest was replacing the lift mechanism and I'm so delighted with the new system and the ease of using the app to control the door as well as see the video. I have used Broten Garage Door in my homes since 1980 because you couldn’t get better sales and service anywhere else! From my initial contact calls to completion of the job, all questions are responded to with honest answers, you are kept apprised of the status of scheduled appointments, always a firm and reasonable quote for parts and labor costs, and unusually good warranties. I couldn’t be more pleased with the Broten company, and I highly recommend them for an stress-free home improvement experience! That’s very rare commodity these days!
UPDATE 12/26/25  New door opener installed today after our current one failed. Great diagnosis, installation, and assistance with reprogramming everything including vehicle openers.
