I have used Broten over the years for new garage door installation to repair of broken springs and have always had great  service. I most recently (April 28, 2026) had a garage door spring break which was originally installed in May 2015 by Broten. They honored the warranty (I only paid labor) which surprised me since the spring had 11 years of service and we cycle the garage door at least 4 times daily.
