Broten Garage Door Sales is featured in the January-February 2010 issue of International Door & Operator Industry (Volume 43, Issue 1), a publication owned and published by the members of the International Door Association for the betterment of the entire door and access systems industry.
The article by International Door & Operator Industry Editor Chris Long, which starts on page 22, features an in-depth interview with Broten President Kriste LaMay about Broten’s core values and dedication to making customers happy. In his article, Chris Long describes his visit to Broten Garage Door Sales in this way:
“Having the opportunity to visit with a number of personnel and actually seeing them at work revealed the fact that these people are dedicated to making customers happy. Serving customers was projected from their eyes, their appearance, actions, and in the words they spoke.”
